Exam preparation course
Before the final exam we get our trainees really fit. Better: We have them trained in an exam preparation course. The most important topics are discussed in small groups and especially exam questions are trained until nothing can go wrong!
Once a week in the afternoon our in-house lessons are held. All trainees, trainee apprentices and BA-students participate. At the start of a school half year, the trainees are given a schedule with dates and topics of the in-house lessons.
In addition to the lecturers from the various department areas, occasionally also representatives of health insurances, company health centres or members of our works council enrich the multitude of topics with their lectures.
In the in-house lessons, the trainees are informed about the company, our products or working sequences in the individual areas and departments.
